You must not share, disclose, or transfer access to your lvking account to any third party. lvking accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify lvking immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations, lvking requires all players to complete identity verification prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include a government-issued identity document (Malaysian IC, passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
All deposits and wagering on the lvking platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. lvking does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which lvking accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are for gaming purposes only. lvking reserves the right to decline, reverse, or hold deposits where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Funds deposited into your lvking account do not carry any interest.
All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party funding of lvking accounts is not permitted and will result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment accounts registered in the same name as the lvking account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.
Standard withdrawal processing times at lvking are as follows: same-day processing for verified accounts during operational hours; priority processing (30-minute target) for Platinum VIP members. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional compliance checks are required.
lvking reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or unresolved identity verification. In such cases, lvking will communicate with the account holder through the registered contact details provided.
lvking offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms stated at the time the offer is communicated, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions. These specific bonus Terms take precedence over general promotion policies where there is a conflict.
The lvking VIP Programme operates across Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Tier qualification is based on cumulative wagering activity within a rolling monthly period. VIP benefits, tier thresholds, and specific programme terms are communicated separately and are subject to change at lvking's discretion.
Each game available on the lvking platform is governed by specific game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to game play; these Terms shall prevail for all account, payment, and conduct matters.
Technical malfunctions void all play associated with the affected game round. Where a game malfunction is confirmed, lvking will communicate the resolution to affected players. The Company's decision regarding malfunction outcomes is final.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits lvking's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
lvking processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described therein. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
lvking reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Continued use of the lvking platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lvking is licensed to operate. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms. Nothing in this clause prevents lvking from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
